1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by aiiva.org (the “Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

These Terms govern your access to and use of aiiva.org’s website, mobile applications, and any other products or services offered by the Company (collectively, the “Services”).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Use of Services

The Company provides digital and physical products and services through its platform. All content, features, functionality, software, and materials made available on or through the Services are owned or licensed by the Company and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4. Store Credit & Product Exchange Policy

a. Returns and Exchanges

The Company does not offer cash refunds for returned products or cancellations. Instead, the following options are available:

  • Store Credit : In the event of a return or cancellation, the Company will issue store credit equal to the original purchase price (excluding shipping and handling fees). Store credit is valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance and can be used toward future purchases.
  • Product Exchange : Customers may exchange an item for another item of equal or greater value. If the exchanged item has a higher value, the customer must pay the difference. If the exchanged item has a lower value, the customer will receive store credit for the difference.

b. Return Conditions

To qualify for store credit or an exchange, the product must be:

  • Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging;
  • Returned within 30 days of the purchase date;
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase;
  • Returned only after obtaining a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by calling Customer Support at 702.533.9112 .

Failure to obtain an RMA number prior to returning a product may result in the return being denied or delayed.

c. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Customized or personalized products;
  • Digital downloads or licenses;
  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

5. No Cash Refunds

The Company does not provide cash refunds for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with a product, incorrect orders, or changes in customer preferences. All returns and cancellations are subject to the Store Credit & Product Exchange Policy outlined above.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services or any breach of these Terms.

7. Modifications to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Services following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the STATE OF NEVADA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
